Options in detail

Each setting in the obfuscator affects readability, output size, and compatibility differently. Here's what every option actually does.

Rename variables

Replaces local variable and function parameter names with random, meaningless identifiers. Global and built-in names (like print, game, workspace) are left untouched so your script keeps working.

Encrypt strings

Text values in your code are no longer stored in plain text, but as an encrypted byte table with a random key generated per run. A small decoder at the top of the script decrypts them at runtime.

Minify

Removes line breaks and unnecessary whitespace, making the code more compact and harder to skim at a glance. Doesn't change execution.

Platform

Roblox (Luau) is currently supported. FiveM uses its own Lua extensions and will follow in a later version.

Tip: Always keep an unmodified copy of your original script. Veilcode doesn't store a reverse mapping — the process is intentionally one-way.
